I am a clinical psychologist, psychotherapist, and life coach (for individuals and groups/teams), and my professional journey combines experience in the organizational environment with deep personal and emotional development work.

I spent many years in leadership roles, gaining firsthand insight into the challenges of career decisions, pressure, responsibility, and the search for balance. This experience allows me to work not only at a theoretical level, but in a way that is deeply connected to the real-life experiences of people.

Today, I support people who seek greater clarity, direction, and balance — whether they are going through difficult periods, facing emotional blockages, or feeling that it is time for a genuine change in their lives.
